Camden Goods Station through time was published on 13 February 2014. It is part of the Through Time series of historical publications by Amberley Publishing. The book contains a wealth of imagery from old prints to
paintings, drawings and photographs and other images both for Camden Goods Station and the main line from Primrose Hill to Euston, much of which will surprise and delight. The text and 200 illustrations trace the ways that the main line and the goods station have changed and developed over almost two centuries. The L&BR and its successors left a strong footprint on the landscape, and the book teases out the threads that link this complex of historical features in time and space. No expense has been spared in obtaining the best images, which have cost the Trust some £1250 in reproduction licences. We need to recover this from sales of the book. All the author's income goes to the Trust. The book is available from all good bookshops and from Amberley Publishing www.amberley-books.com at £14.99. Alternatively you can contact the CRHT Secretary (Darleyp@aol.com or tel. 0207 586 6632) and order books directly at £12.00 including UK postage. Ordering from CRHT will not only be more cost effective but will contribute far more to our depleted coffers. We are very proud to have the opportunity to tell this
remarkable story, and would like you all to share it.
